Research topic: Quantum Information Theory
The aim of my research is to determine the best available efficiency for different quantum information theory protocols by explicitly giving trade-off curves between the operational quantities characterising the task. Furthermore, linking these operating quantities to different entropy-like quantities of the quantum states. I mainly focus on the asymptotic hypothesis testing of the different states of correlated quantum systems (e.g. fermionic and bosonic lattices) because there are many unsolved but fundamental questions.
